In general: transaction and identity-verification records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and AML recordkeeping rules (typically at least five years after the transaction, or longer where required); inquiry/marketing contact information is retained until you opt out or the information is no longer needed for the purpose collected; and website technical data is retained for a shorter period consistent with analytics and security needs.
